Can I use the app offline?

Yes. Download favourite soundscapes and scenes before you travel or lose connection, then listen without internet access.

Which devices can I use Naturescapes on?

Naturescapes is available for iPhone running iOS 18 or later. An Android version is not currently available. For the latest compatibility details, check the App Store listing before downloading.

Is the app free to use?

Naturescapes is free to download with optional in-app purchases. Current purchase options, prices and access details are shown in the app and your region’s App Store before purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Naturescapes to review, change or cancel your plan.

Can Naturescapes keep playing when my screen is locked?

Yes. Naturescapes supports background playback, so a soundscape can continue while your iPhone is locked or while you use another app. Sleep timers can also be followed from the Lock Screen through Live Activities on supported iOS versions.
