Welcome to Naturescapes, owned and operated by Naturescapes Studio Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms govern your download, access, and use of the app. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any additional terms referenced in the app or by hyperlink.
2. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Changes take effect when posted within the app or on this website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Subscriptions
Naturescapes Premium provides access to premium content. Purchase options may include monthly, yearly, or lifetime access and are shown in the iOS App Store. Apple handles billing and payment; we do not collect or store payment information. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through your App Store account and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime access lasts for the lifetime of the app.
4. Intellectual Property
The app and its information, software, text, imagery, video, audio, features, and functionality are owned by Naturescapes Studio Ltd., its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We hold licences for third-party content used in the app. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit app content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in a way that violates applicable law, harms or attempts to harm minors, or transmits advertising or promotional material without prior written consent.
6. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across the app, this website and enquiries sent to us. Optional Apple Health access may be requested for mindful minutes and can be refused or withdrawn in your device settings. Please read the Privacy Policy for further details.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may include links or integrations with third-party services such as Apple Health. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those services.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Naturescapes Studio Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
