We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Subscriptions

3.1. Naturescapes Premium

​

We offer access to premium content through Naturescapes Premium ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are currently available for purchase exclusively through the iOS App Store.

3.2. Subscription Plans

​

• Monthly Subscription: Recurs every month.

• Yearly Subscription: Recurs every year.

• Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment granting access for the lifetime of the App. If the App is discontinued, access to the Subscription will cease.

3.3. Payment and Billing

​

All billing and payment processes are handled by the iOS App Store under their respective terms and conditions. We do not collect or store your payment information.

3.4. Cancellation

​

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.​

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Ownership

​

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Naturescapes Studio Ltd., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2. Licenses for Third-Party Content

We hold valid licenses for all third-party content featured within the App. For licensing inquiries, please contact us at support@naturescapes.app.

4.3. Restrictions

​

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.

• Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the App or materials available through the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

We do not collect personal data beyond the default analytics data permitted by Apple. We may request access to Apple Health data for mindful minutes; however, this access is optional and can be refused. We are committed to protecting any data we handle. The App may contain links or integrations to third-party services, such as Apple Health. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.
