What to notice
Begin with the river’s broad, continuous sound. Then listen for the smaller changes around it: water meeting stones, a nearer ripple or a more distant layer. You do not need to track every detail; the current can remain a quiet backdrop.
The view leaves time for the landscape itself. Light, trees, rocks and water give the scene several scales to look at, from a small patch of current to the wider valley. Try watching for a minute, then listening without looking at the screen.
